Have a Positive Mental Attitude

Why should you have a Positive Mental Attitude?
The truth is a Negative Attitude will destroy only YOU.
If you are Negative towards anything or anyone, YOU are only hurting YOURSELF.
It is far better to live with a Positive Mental Attitude towards all things and people.

Learn to speak and wish good things for yourself and others.
Speaking negatively or wishing negative thoughts towards others or yourself condemns you to a very troubled life. You will never be HAPPY with a Negative Attitude. Most smart people stay away from Negative thinking people.

I always teach that depressed people are ungrateful people. You cannot be grateful and depressed at the same time. Learn to focus on all that is good in your life. Learn to be Grateful for all that you have.

Practice makes perfect.
Practice Positive Thinking.
Practice speaking words that are positive.
Practice Thinking and Speaking only GOOD thoughts and words about yourself and others.

The BAD you wish on someone else only comes back to you 100 fold.
You REAP what YOU THINK!!!
No one else will ever REAP what YOU THINK.
So, be careful what you think, wish and speak on yourself or others.

People that LIVE IN FAITH are people with a Positive Mental Attitude.
You have a Negative Attitude because you are NOT TRULY living according to the LAWS of the Creator.

FAITH makes YOUR Thinking Positive!

Here is a list of what the Bible says about having a Positive Mental Attitude:

Proverbs 17:22 ESV    
A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

Matthew 15:11 ESV    
It is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person, but what comes out of the mouth; this defiles a person.”

Ephesians 4:31-32 ESV    
Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

Matthew 12:33-37 ESV    
“Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad, for the tree is known by its fruit. You brood of vipers! How can you speak good, when you are evil? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. The good person out of his good treasure brings forth good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure brings forth evil. I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak, for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Why do you Work?

Do you work?
Why do you work?

I don't think that I have ever truly worked a day in my life.
Ever since I can remember, I have always done what I enjoyed doing.

If you love what you do then it's never work!
If you love what you do then you should be excited to do even MORE!

Most people work with the attitude that they must work to live.
The Truth is that we must eat to live.
Work is what we must do to pay for the lifestyle we want to live.
Work is needed to pay bills and buy things.
We must work more when we want more.

The Truth is we really don't NEED much.
The Truth is we really WANT much.

Work must be done in direct proportion to the WANTS in your life.
Work is easy when you love what you do.
Work is hard when you hate what you do.
People persist and attain more, when their work and passion for what they do for work, are in sync.

Notice, I did not say "What you do for a living?"
What I do for a living is eat healthy and exercise to stay healthy. That's what I do to LIVE.
What I do for MONEY is work so that I live the lifestyle I desire.

So, are you doing what you LOVE to do everyday?
How much work must you do to live the lifestyle you desire?

We are all different. We all need more or less depending on our desires.
What kind of lifestyle do you desire?

I suggest you find some balance in your life.
Work your butt off while you can so that you can live the lifestyle you want and desire when you retire.

Don't get caught playing now if you want more things in life!
Decide what you want and WORK for it.

Here is also something to think about:
The less you want the richer you get and the more you want the poorer you are.

The richest man in the universe is the man who wants nothing!

10 Important Things To DO Daily.

What is Important today?
If you had to write a list of important things to do today, what would you put on your list?

Here are 10 items I have on MY important daily things to do list.

Eat Healthy
1. Without healthy food you cannot be healthy. Without your health, you cannot live a happy lifestyle. Pay extra for healthy food so you don't waste your money on Doctors and buying medicines.
Invest your money in healthy foods. Your health is your wealth. Invest your money in yourself. You are what you eat. Don't eat SHIT! Un-healthy food equals Un-healthy You.

Exercise
2. Exercise is easy. Everyone can walk. Exercise means moving some part of your body so that you burn what you eat. The more SHIT you eat, the MORE Exercise you need. Eat healthy and take a walk daily. Everything is easy when you do what's right.

Work
3. Work is what we do to receive Income to pay bills and buy THINGS. Work is easy. Do what you enjoy and you will always love to work. Work is healthy and keeps you active. If you love what you do you never have to work! Remember we EAT to Live not work to live. We work to pay bills and buy things. The more you have and want requires you to work more.

Meditate
4. Meditation is needed for you to connect with your inner power. Invest some time relaxing with your thoughts and connect with your GOD.

Read
5. Reading is one of the best ways to educate yourself. We can always improve ourselves. Invest in reading material that adds value to you. Read something daily that relates to your work, interest, family, health and your lifestyle.

Write
6. Write something daily. Start a diary, journal or a blog. Share your knowledge and thoughts. Invest some time in adding value to others daily. Leave a journal to your kids so that they know what you know. Writing is one way to leave a legacy and FORTUNE of wisdom to the next generation.

Sleep
7. Sleep is needed to repair and maintain the body. You need to get a good night's sleep.

Connect
8. As human beings, we are social beings. God made Eve for Adam. We are designed to connect with at least one other person daily. Connect with your friends, your family, your co-workers, your GOD!
Learn to share ideas and thoughts with people that can help improve your life. Maybe, you can help someone by just listening to what they have to say. Connection is not just posting something on Facebook. Connection is a two way street. Learn to share and respond. Post and Reply. Call and Talk.
With technology today it should be easier to connect. Use Skype, OoVoo, Facebook, e-mail, text etc.

Be Grateful
9. Have an Attitude of Gratitude. Happy people are grateful people. You cannot be grateful and depressed at the same time. You don't need a pill for depression. You need to be grateful for whatever you have. So, make a list of what you are grateful for and look at it daily. Now that you have your list, find something that you are grateful for today to ADD to your gratitude list.

Say I Love You
10. Tell someone you Love them Daily. If you don't have someone, then something is wrong.
Say I Love you to your Spouse, your kids, friends, family, boyfriend, girlfriend, your pet. Let someone know you love them daily.

So, what's on your Important things to do list today?
Make sure everything on your list enhances your life.

The next 40 days

This is the perfect time for everyone to GIVE UP a bad habit and START a new GOOD Habit.

What do you need to give up?

What do you need to start doing?

Today is Ash Wednesday, the start of the season of Lent
I suggest you focus on being more productive for the next 40 days.
I suggest you focus on living a healthier lifestyle for the next 40 days.
I suggest you focus on being a better person for the next 40 days.
I suggest you focus on helping more people for the next 40 days.
I suggest you focus on making a commitment to change something in your life starting TODAY and persist with focus on the thing you want for the next 40 days.
 
By DOING this you will develop NEW habits and change your life.
Can you commit for 40 days?
Will you commit for 40 days?
What would you like to improve in your life in the next 40 days?

Lent is traditionally described as lasting for forty days, in commemoration of the forty days which, according to the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke, Jesus spent fasting in the desert before the beginning of his public ministry, where he endured temptation by the Devil.[2][3] However, different Christian denominations calculate the "forty days" of Lent differently. In most Western traditions the Sundays are not counted as part of Lent; thus the period from Ash Wednesday until Easter consists of 40 days when the Sundays are excluded. However in the Roman Catholic Church Lent is now taken to end on Holy Thursday rather than Easter Eve, and hence lasts 38 days excluding Sundays, or 44 days in total.

And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

How are you?

How are you?
How many times a day do you ask someone this question?
How many times per day do you get asked this question?

What do most people reply?
Most people will say "I'm OK".
You might tell them "I'm fine".

Well, I would really like to know "HOW ARE YOU?"
When was the last time you had a medical check-up?
When was the last time you had a blood test?
What were your results?

You don't need to ask most people today "How are you?" to know that they are NOT that OK.

People are so busy with life that they forget to stop and get a tune-up from time to time.
You have your car serviced and tuned several times yearly.
When was the last time you stopped and got yourself a tune-up.

If you lost your health, where would you live?
Your body is the only place WE have to live.

I want to remind YOU to STOP what you are doing, from time to time and make sure you pay some attention to living a healthy life.

Also, don't forget to help someone else live a healthier life today. You truly can make a difference in someone else's life if you asked them instead "How is your health?"

What do YOU support?

I have been asked to support several groups from time to time.
I am sure you have been asked to support something this past year, this past month, this past week.
With today's technology it is very easy for everyone to ask you to support something.
On Facebook for example there are thousands of people asking us to support their group or cause daily. What do you support?

This past week I have seen in my news feed:
Show your support for Diabetes Awareness.
Show your support for people with Cancer.
Show your support for High Blood Pressure Awareness.
Show your support for Depression support groups.
I can go on and on and on with this list but I think you get my point.

Now, here is my question to everyone?
Why are we supporting so many problems?
Why are we focused and asked to be reminded of NEGATIVE EFFECTS.
I say EFFECTS because none of these are really a CAUSE.

Diabetes is an Effect.
Cancer is an Effect.
High Blood Pressure is an Effect.
Depression is an Effect.
Mostly every group is asking us to support an EFFECT!

Life is CAUSE and EFFECT.

Why are YOU not focused on Living a healthy LIFESTYLE?
Most people are not living a healthy lifestyle because they ALLOWED their thoughts to be filled and consumed with negative thinking that has developed into habits that have negative EFFECTS!

Here is an example of what I suggest you call your group:
The Healthy Living Group.
The Healthy Lifestyle Foundation.
The Awareness of Living a healthy and happy Life.
Have FAITH and live a wonderful life.

When you focus people's attention on a POSITIVE CAUSE you automatically FIX any negative Effects.

So, stay away from any cause that is NEGATIVE.
The very title and name of most groups and foundations are negative.
Some people want you focused on the effect and never want you to fix or find the cause.
You must be aware that business is most profitable when treating effects, not the cause.
The one who profits most with a cure is YOU.
Focus on what cures you, not what affects you - Barry Dillah
 
Your philosophy on life will change, when you become AWARE that your philosophy now must change, and you start focusing on positive causes, that automatically create positive effects.
Most people are UNAWARE of how much damage they cause by promoting a negative effect.
Learn to promote a POSITIVE cause or cure instead.
