Know Your Poison

Consider two glasses of water.
One glass is filled with pure clean water while the other glass is filled with polluted water.
You can pour the entire glass of clean water into the glass filled with polluted water and the polluted water will ALWAYS remain polluted.
On the other hand, all it takes is ONE DROP from the glass filled with polluted water to contaminate the pure and clean glass of water.

You can pour all the good into something bad and it will still be bad.
All it takes is one drop of poison to do damage.

What is amazing is the fact that so many people today are constantly poisoning themselves daily.
How do you poison yourself?
Well, consider the fact that EVERY TIME you think negative thoughts, YOU are poisoning your system.

Negativity eats away at many people daily. Negativity is a slow poison that does permanent damage to your entire system. Your Thinking, Your Body and Your Spirit are all affected when you allow one drop of NEGATIVITY into your SYSTEM!

Nothing hurts you more than NEGATIVE THINKING.
Negative thoughts hurt you more than eating JUNK food.

Think about how much better your life will be if you focused on ONLY GOOD and POSITIVE thoughts.

Negative thinking could be:
FEAR, WORRY, DOUBT, ANGER, JEALOUSY, HATE, RESENTMENT just to name a few.
Any thought that is intended to hurt or cause harm is a negative thought.

Negative thinking WILL hurt YOU.
The POISON in the GLASS will not affect the GLASS.
However, YOU are not GLASS.
Don't be a carrier of the NEGATIVITY poison for too long because Negativity KILLS the container it is IN.
The NEGATIVE POISON WILL HURT YOU.

Having negative thoughts towards something, a person, or situation really HURTS the owner of the negative thought MORE than it will ever hurt anyone or anything else.

Stop your negative thinking now.
When you FIX your thinking everything else in your life works for the better.

See the good in everything.
Love Everyone.

Learn to filter your thoughts.
Don't allow yourself to be POISONED by someone else's thinking.
Make a decision to SAY NO to those that offer to POISON YOU with their Negativity.

Remember, YOU are too important to be consumed with poison.
The Poison and the CURE are both within YOU and YOU have FREE WILL to choose which glass you drink from. I hope you choose to LOVE instead of HATE.
The CURE was given to us a long time ago.
