Am I adding the MOST value doing what I do?

You are part of a Team or Company and that's great!
What do you do for the Team?
Are You doing what You do best for the Team?
Are YOU in the right position to add the most value?

Have you answered those questions? Good.
Not being in the right positions can cause serious problems for any Team or Company.
Moral erodes, progress slows or stops, the competition takes advantage, and the team fails to realize it's potential. - John Maxwell
You must know the Team
You must know the Situation.
You must know the Players.

When you put the right people in the right places amazing things start to happen!
It is important to do what you are good at doing. It just FEELS GOOD!
It is important to delegate what you hate doing.
It is important not to put your players in positions that DE-Motivate.

Think about this:
You would not hire a plumber to fix your electrical problems.
You would not hire your doctor to defend you in court.
You would have to be INSANE to have the pool service people do your taxes.
So, where do YOU fit in best on your Team or Company?

Hire people to do what you cannot do.
When you try to do what you are not really good at, you only hurt yourself and the Team or Company.
Focus instead on what YOU DO BEST!
Check your EGO and pass the ball to the other players.

Teams that work together and understand this important concept get much better results.
Everyone is happier with Improved results.
