It's tough enough getting Motivated! Right?
Don't let other people, systems, environment, or things ROB you of your dreams and goals.
You need to stay focused on what YOU want.
Too many people find it easy to tell YOU what you can and cannot do. They want to tell YOU what you are capable of doing and what you are not capable of doing. They fail to realize that success to them is different from success for YOU.

You need to KNOW that YOU are IMPROVING daily.
You need to KNOW that YOU are on your way to better and Greater Achievements.
YOU NEED TO FOCUS AND LISTEN TO PEOPLE THAT MOTIVATE YOU.
Motivate you using POSITIVE means.
Motivation by FEAR is used by people that are not intelligent enough to Motivate others by investing the TIME needed to help them improve daily.
Fear is a motivator. A very SHORT term, SHORT lived motivator.
The long term effects of Fear motivation is DISASTROUS to say the least.
Leaders INSPIRE YOU to GREATER Results and Achieving YOUR goals.
Leaders Inspire YOU.
Are YOU a Leader? Who did you Inspire today?
Get into the habit of seeing the good in people.
Motivated people are focused.
Motivated people are willing to DO more.
Remember, people are motivated by what THEY WANT, not by what you want.
Did you lift someone UP today?
Did you push someone DOWN today?
Either direction is motivation. Motivation to DO or Motivation NOT TO DO.
The RIGHT direction is UP!
Get into the habit of POSITIVE motivation by asking yourself the following question;
Are people Motivated after speaking with me?
If they are not, YOU are doing something wrong!
FIX the way YOU motivate or YOU will have NO ONE to motivate!
Remember the GOAL is to become SELF MOTIVATED so that we can HELP inspire others to stay Motivated.
Lift people UP and they will Lift YOU!
Let people be your Helium.
Stay motivated by:
1. Reading the right books.
2. Investing TIME with POSITIVE people.
3. Doing Inspiring things.
4. Learning from motivational Teachers.
5. Living the Motivational Habit.
6. Practice the art of Motivating others.
So, check your thinking and get into the habit of Staying Motivated.
Everyone around you will appreciate your new habit.
Remember, others will motivate you or De-motivate you only IF YOU allow them too.
So, STAY SELF MOTIVATED using practice, practice, daily practice, that becomes a new HABIT.
No outside FORCE can ever rob a SELF MOTIVATED Individual from their dreams and goals.
You will Improve your life and the life of the people you motivate daily.
