Stay Active

A body in motion stays in motion. Inactivity will hurt your health and your pocket. It's OK to rest, but don't rest for too long. One way to stay active is to develop a habit of always being excited on achieving your current goals. Excited people can't rest. Excited people WANT to get it done. Excited people WANT to Go-Go-Go!!!
