Take exercise for example;You only need to walk about 30 to 40 minutes daily or only three times weekly to GAIN the health benefits of walking. The last time I checked, walking is really not painful.
You need to have the discipline to walk daily or several times weekly.
You don't need to be in pain.
Let's take a look at work; You don't need to feel pain to work and earn money.
You don't even need to work hard.
Think about what you do for a living.
Most people have very easy work to do.
I'll bet you can teach most people to do what you do.
If you suffer from PAIN doing your work, I suggest you find something else to do.
We were not born for PAIN.
We were born to ENJOY whatever we do.
