Stay Healthy

Are you healthy?
Is your health important to you?

Most people really don't THINK about their health.
Everyone is busy with life.
Busy with work.
Busy with kids.
Busy with their daily routine.
Busy with meetings.
Busy. Busy. Busy.
Too busy to Stay Healthy.

What is your health?
When we talk about health, most people think about going to the Doctor and getting a check-up.
People think about being overweight, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes and other medical conditions.
People think only of their physical health.

You won't be healthy if you don't THINK healthy. - Barry Dillah
This is what you should THINK about when it comes to your HEALTH:

1. Spiritual Health
2. Physical Health
3. Family/Social Health
4. Work Health

Spiritual health is key to your THINKING.
It is key to your Belief and Faith System.
Your Philosophy on LIFE is a very important part of you being HEALTHY.
Learn to THINK and stay positive.
Negative thinking never helps anyone.
Live in FAITH.

Physical health is also very important to your Life.
When you have your Thinking right, then and only then can you GET and STAY physically healthy. - Barry Dillah
We eat healthy because we THINK healthy. - Barry Dillah

Fix your Thinking and you will easily fix your daily diet.
Fix your daily eating habits and you fix your health issues.
Your body will renew itself after several months on your healthy thinking lifestyle.
You would not put bad gas in your car and expect it to work properly. So, do not put unhealthy food in your body. That should be common sense. However, some people don't think until it's too late.
Exercise is also very important to physical health.
A body in motion stays in motion.
Use it or loose it.
Get into the habit of walking daily.
Get into the habit of staying active.

Once you have your Spiritual and Physical health on the right track, we must work on our Family and Social Health.
Yes, your family and friends are very important to your overall well being and health.
Learn how to get along with everyone.
You cannot please everyone but you can be nice to everyone.
Learn to associate with people that are good for your health.
Yes, some people are not good for your health.
Weed out the negative people in your life.
LOVE the ones who add value to you.
DO FUN THINGS.

Now we must check our WORK health.
Work is also very important to your health.
Here is where you get to not only earn money, but to add value to others.
It is important to add value to your business and others.
Add value to your town.
Add value to your city.
Add value to the people we work with.
It is OK to Work for money by adding value to others.
But it is more important to work for TIME for yourself.
Work so you can enjoy your free time.
Work so you can enjoy your retirement time.

When you FIND YOUR BALANCE with all four areas of healthy living, you will be living the very best life you can possible live.

Think and Implement daily.
